ASO Farm Land is located in Aso, Kumamoto Prefecture. It's a globally rare type of theme park, created with the concept of promoting physical health. There are a variety of both indoor and outdoor activities at the park, including a giant maze full of obstacles and large-scale attractions where visitors can train their sense of balance, leg strength, arm strength, and flexibility all while playing.
The outdoor facilities are set up in open nature, and at the indoor facilities visitors can enjoy feeling like they're playing a game in the set of a television studio. Created and supervised by health professionals, both the games and the obstacles in the maze are full-scale and fun enough for adults to get serious and play too. At the indoor facilities there is also a unique establishment where visitors can get a physical age measurement in the form of a game, which is not something to miss. There is also a Children's Challenge Building made for toddlers who aren't old enough to fully enjoy the regular attractions, so little kids are also sure to have a fun time.
In addition to the exercise attractions, there are also facilities at the park where visitors can interact with animals, go fishing, and try workshops such as making gel candles or music boxes. After a full day of physical activities, visitors can also soothe their tired bodies at the high oxygen concentration relaxation space Oxidome or at a footbath where doctor fish will nibble off old and dead skin.
