What we'll do
Visit a local sake brewery and meet the Sake master.
After meeting at the JR hirakata-city station, we go to the local sake brewery.
They produce the famous brand sake, Katano sakura. You can see the proccedure of the traditional sake-making.
After the explanation of Sake master, you can taste 5 kinds of sake. If you like, you can buy a raw sake which you can't buy anywhere else.
For lunch, we go to a restaurant which provide the nice lunch of 100 % organic, home-grown ingredients.

Yamano sake brewery is very famous for its brand sake, Katano Sakura which has high reputation among sake lovers. The best thing is that you can taste the raw sake. Before pastewrized, Sake tastes mellow and sweet.

3Sugigohei, organic reataurant
About 30 minutes' taxi ride takes you to the organice food restaurant called Sigigohei. they serves traditional japanese dishes using the ingredients harvested in their garden.
