1Ceramic art experience
Bizen district is famous for its distinct, earthy pottery.
First you take a light hike to “Amatsu jinja” a pottery shrine. Then you head to a local pottery school where you can make our own Bizen pottery masterpiece with you instructed by real masters on who to use a potter’s wheel to make something of your very own. You only work with the clay, today. After firing and shipping by potters at the school, your creation reaches you in your home country. -
2Enjoying a scenic beaty of Koraku-en garden
Koraku-en is one of the three most beautiful gardens in Japan and designated as a place of special scenic beauty. In 1687, Ikeda Tsunamasa, the lord of the Okayama domain ordered his subordinate Tuda Nagataka to begin construction of Korakuen. It was completed in 1700. The garden went through a hard time of the World War II but it still retained its original appearance down to the present day. You can also enjoy a marvelous view of the Okayama castle where the feudal load used to live from the garden.

Serious,cheerful
After retiring from being a high school teacher, I began to work as a tour guide. I have showed guests around many places, especially in western Japan, such as Okayama, Hiroshima, and so on. I have often received good feedback from them after the tours. I believe it is important for not only the guests, but also the guide to enjoy the tours. I hope you book me as your tour guide.
