Nagatoro Furusawaen - Udon making experience
At Nagatoro Furusawaen you take 1 hour course in how to learn the traditional methods for making Udon noodles from scratch!
You're taught so you can make your own Udon noodles at your own pace using the utensils provided and you can prepare them as a souvenir or
to take back home so you can eat them yourself. This is a great opportunity to learn about Japanese food culture and how the noodles are made
from the ingredients. Hand-made noodles like this carry the personality of the maker making them look, taste and feel slightly different to other makers,
which adds to the specialty of them.
Nagatoro Furusawen also allows you catch fish in the small streams and ponds and also barbecue them on site for lunch!
