Kikyo Shingen Mochi Factory Theme Park is a interactive factory theme park in Yamanashi prefecture where you can learn about how the local specialty sweets Kikyo Shingen Mochi (rice dough) are made, and packed whilst also trying them first hand yourself. The Mochi is buried in a small tub of Kinako (soybean power), and after adding the Kuromitsu (brown sugar syrup) on top you are ready to eat this delicious soft mochi treat!
