Funabashi Andersen Park
The Funabashi Andersen Park is a theme park in Chiba prefecture that evokes a rural Danish landscape. It is a family-friendly park with many activities that can engage children, including obstacle courses, water ponds for playing and an area for playing with farm animals. In total, there are five zones with different themes, including the Fairy Tale Hill Zone and the Castle of Flowers Zone. Funabashi City's sister city, Odense, in Denmark, was the birthplace of the famous writer Hans Christian Andersen. That is why the park was named after him, and the city received Denmark's support in creating it.
