Boasting the pale pink of the blooming cherry blossoms of around 800 trees along the Meguro River is the Nakameguro Cherry Blossom Festival. Every year, the area is filled with people who come to enjoy the countless food stalls and paper-lantern illuminations. There are any number of photogenic foods and drinks up for grabs at the food stalls, from Japanese treats such as cherry blossom-flavored rice cakes and rice wine to Western delights such as wine and bavarois. Additionally, the bright red "nakano hashi" bridges between Ikejiriohashi and Nakameguro combined with the pink of the cherry blossoms also make for lovely photos.
